All of those are simple for you, but if a beginner doesn’t figure them out, they don’t have a business. So they need you. All you need is to know how to sell your services.

Step 2: Position yourself as knowledgable. It’s not necessary to be an expert, or even a guru, just to know more than them, and be able to help them. If you are willing to talk on the phone or do a screen conference to show someone how, you can charge more, as well.

Step 3: Create a beginner training. I prefer audio, but people really like video as well – and it’s easy to record 3-4 hours and sell it as an intro training.

Step 4: Write a coaching sales letter so you can sell coaching to the intro buyers – Key: with coaching you can sell it before you create it. In fact, you have to. Because until someone signs up, you don’t know what they need. This makes it easy for beginners to coach, because you literally sell your first client before you create any training. Then you just create training based on what someone needs.

For example, if you are teaching wordpress, and your client needs to know how to install wordpress, you just show them, record it, and then all future clients get the recording instead of you teaching it live.
